They stuff at the storage facility was very nice and helpful answer any questions I had. The units were very clean and dry. I would absolutely.recommend the storage facility at 2920 Governor Printz Blvd in Wilmington DE to my family and friends. If I could give more stars I would. If I need storage facilities again I would absolutely 100% go back to this storage facility,

The unit they gave me had a lock stuck on it from the previous owner, so I couldn’t even move my belongings into the storage unit that I paid for. Then the only accommodation that they could give me is a unit down a long hallway with NO LIGHTING! Store manager was very nasty and did not accommodate AT ALL! He actually tried to coerce me into buying a bigger unit!! I have everything in camera! I honestly can’t believe how nasty he was. I WILL BE CALLING HEADQUARTERS ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND MANAGER!!

There were several other people there that were complaining about things, but they sounded like they just didn't read the fine print or understand the contract. The facility was not open at night, but that did not matter to me.
