    KMW Smooth Movers

    We initially loved our movers due to their punctual arrival, friendliness, and how quickly they moved our belongings into our new place. They even had great attitudes about having to do it up 2 flights of stairs. We tipped them well because of this. Over the next day or so after they unloaded our moving truck for us, my husband and I started noticing damage that was caused by our movers to both our unit and our neighbor's unit front. They had knocked something they were unloading into our neighbor's unit number, breaking it and causing it to fall to the ground in segments. We also noticed a huge chunk knocked out of our front door jam and large scuffs on the wall of the guest room where they put all of our belongings during move in. Our unit is brand new on move-in and none of these damages were present before our movers began moving our belongings into our new place. Unfortunately, these damages were noticed after we thanked them and gave them a generous tip, which would've been less
