They laughed said they knew where it was. I then asked to be showed location Dan took me to unit refused to help carry any thing upstairs. This wasn’t usual excellent service I count on from U haul. Was offered 1 mth free for incovience .
MICHELLE B | Online Move InI. Spite of signage saying there was an elevator, there was none. After asking for a refund, k have been waiting since April 30th for any action. This manager was not even on site when we arrived. He came speeding in a car right before we were about to leave, walked right by us, and entered the building, then finally called us back. Poor experience overall. Dan said he would refund my rental and take care of this with an email to confirm. So far I’ve had to call various numbers at least 4 times to finally get a refund, which I still do not see in my account. Do better.

Robert J | Overall ExperienceHi, Sometimes the doors don’t work even after checking in and out. It wasn’t even after hours. Luckily someone saw me outside and let me in. It would also happen when trying to exit. I’d have to try different doors. I missed my check out date because of this a couple times I couldn’t get in to take out my stuff. Now I have to pay for an extra month and the storage is empty. Please look into this matter so other people don’t get stuck inside or outside.

He makes sure his team operates efficiently and respectfully. This place was one of the best places I have ever had storage at. With a leader as awesome as Don there, all things operate like a well oiled machine. Great service from a great team, it was a great experience, fully recommended. I was there for many years.

Theses guys at Westminister are good at their job good guys and pleasant to engage with. Id go out of my way an hour (maybe not an hour but about 20 mins) to deal with this location over any other.
