Upon moving to Albany Ga we realize that we had too much boxes for our much smaller house , so we went online and found a climate control storage unit close to our home Tri Star storage . We went online a saw all the different size of units that were available , but most of all the prices were not bad at all . After getting to the storage unit office the lady working there was really helpful , and showed us the units befor we made our final decision. The unit was clean and the temperature inside the building was cool , I would highly recommend this location to anyone who looking for a climate control storage facility .

Sherri went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions with professionalism and kindness. The move-in process was smooth, the property was well-lit and safe, and the pricing was very reasonable for the value provided. I especially appreciated the extra security measures and how well-maintained the grounds are. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a worry-free storage solution. I wouldn’t store my things anywhere else.
Mark W | ReservationMy stuff was messed up because of a water leak on my clothes and TV and the ceiling fell on my clothes and TV. I moved out half the month and I was supposed to be reimbursed half the money, but they said to call two days before I moved out they already took the money out my account before I can call. Will not recommend, they don’t do good business, and keep there promise and my belongings was not safe.
