    Carolina Lifting

    Movers were set and confirmed for 8 30am for the move. Had car trouble and didn’t show up until almost 10am all of the loading was done. Instructed the movers to meet us at unload address at 11am and can help unload. They unloaded from 11am and was done by noon. I was told to give payment code and I would get an email in two minutes or immediately to adjust hours. I prepaid for 5 hours. They unloaded for an hour. I will count the driving time to unload address which would be an hour and 40 minutes. If you round to 2 hours I overpaid by double. Tried to call the phone number for the company several times to try and get a reimbursement and left a message with no reply. Will not use again
