KATHRYN SI always deal with Kelly, and he is so very pleasant and courteous. He makes it very easy for me. I highly recommend both Kelly and this location.
DEBRA HTrash the app and start over. Train your associates proper etiquette and customer service skills. Give proper explanations to your customers about equipment availability , instead of canceling a reservation after moving the reservation without approval. Shame on uhaul.
Melissa CI dropped the trailer off after hours. The process was easy. When I used this location to drop off before, the rep was nice and the check in was seamless.
