Originally, I was suppose to pick up the truck from DIY in Baytown, TX. No one was at the location and there was no way to get the keys. The U-Haul representatives asked me to go to Alexander location t get a different truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was dirty. Check engine light was on. Girl behind the counter had no idea if it was ok to drive or not. I had a hard time finding a truck so I rented it. It broke down stranding me in the side of the road for over 4 hours and another 2 hours me having to unload my truck to another. Don’t rent from a place that doesn’t check trucks in properly.
