Horizon Storage did an amazing job of having the truck available when we needed it. It was clean, and mechanically checked over and ready to go for our rental. All extra rented accessories were loaded in the back and accounted for. One thing that might help the next customer is to have the Bluetooth Device in the truck deleted of all former users. The truck I had wouldn’t allow me to pair my phone to the Bluetooth device in the radio. It said “too many users paired.” I got along fine without my phone connected, but it’s safer I feel for the driver if it is usable like the device in their own vehicles. I know extra options on a Ford F-650 like the one I had rented costs money upon acquisition. However, I feel the following (3) options would pay for themselves in safety alone for the drivers. They are, Power Driver and Passenger side Outside Mirrors, Power Windows and finally Power Door Locks. These cabs inside are so wide it is almost impossible to lock or unlock the passenger side door from the driver’s seat, let alone roll the window down. The truck drives and runs amazing. With Automatic Transmissions, Cruise Control, Tilt & Telescoping Steering Wheel, and a very nice Bluetooth Capable AM/FM Stereo Radio they are very comfortable and easy to drive. Almost anyone with a few minutes of briefing prior to their trip can drive these!
