MITCHELL HExtremely poorly maintained vehicle -- the rear door the pull-down handle was falling off --- and more dangerously, the entire Locking Lever on the rear door broke completely off -- I was forced to secure the door using the pad lock chain and the loop of the ramp handle to keep the door from opening while I was driving --- seeing how easily the handle fell off in my hand, it could easily have come off into traffic while going over a speed bump or a pothole- extremely dangerous and extremely disappointed in the quality of the vehicle
