I used the blanket option and there were suppose to be 6 but there were only 5.

No one was in store when I had a question. But that’s OK.
Iris CI made an appointment for pick up and no one was there, the door to the location was locked. I had to call customer service and they had to find someone to get me the keys. I was advised they would credit my rental fee by the guy that gave me the keys but when I called to confirm I was told to dispute the fee on the U-haul app. When I went to check out the truck and complete the information it said I was not able to complete the check out process and I needed to go to the counter to complete it. I was not able to go to the counter because the man that gave me the keys left and locked the door. I was forced to call customer service again to complete all the information. There was also no option to dispute a charge before submitting payment. This location was terrible, but the truck was nice.
Scott DThe attendant/Owner never showed up! I took the trailer anyway after talking to someone in San Diego and then got a call from a supervisor named Jose, he was the best, walked me through what I needed to do to finish the paperwork, and I was treated very fair.
Raymond BWhile I was able to schedule a furniture dolly as part of my pickup, and paid for one, no furniture dolly was provided. No one was at the location to provide one, thought several were visible thru the windows. I am not a fan of the whole remote online process. This growing effort to avoid all actual human contact is a generational thing that mostly makes me sad.
