I can’t comment on the above yes, no questions as they were closed I’m happy with the overall service of the truck. It worked fine for what I needed. I’m very disappointed in your system for returning with the amount of gas received in it. The truck I rented had 7/16 of a tank with a range of 144 miles available. I returned it with what looks like 7/16 and 145 miles in range. The dealer charged me $20 for gas. If you went back to the old system where you gave it to us full and we returned it full. It’d be much easier to be accurate. This is impossible to deal with so overall I’m disappointed and feel you owe me a refund of 20.00

Debbie ECustomer service was great but vehicle was dirty and given to us with only 1/4 of gas. When replacing the gas it is impossible to know how much to put in to get to 1/4 tank, so we had to put extra gas in. If it had been full and clean, I would have given them 5 stars for sure.
