This location is not the closest to me, but it is the often the one I prefer to use. They are very efficient at getting people checked in and the return process is smooth either during business hours or afterwards.

The Gentleman that assisted me at the counter needs more customer service skills. He was somewhat on the edge. A sight from everything else U-haul was good. The young man I spoke to the next day regarding my bill. Now he was very polite he had great customer service skills. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
