The shop cashier was pleasant. When I got the keys to the van, i noticed the fuel gage did not match the marking on the paper. I took pickture and went back to explain the difference. the cashier said to keep the picture and just make sure that you fill up to that mark. After the move, I filled up past the mark ($10.08 for a 40 k drive). But they still charged me $9 for gas. Watch out - they'll get you on the fuel.

NIZAR AThe van stunk like hell… was very difficult to drive that i cannot even explain.. plus the owner charged me for 900 kms for 6 hours? who would cover that distance in 6 hours.. while i only drove 60 kms.. Never ever rent from this place
