The person who checked us out put down the wrong drop off location. I asked for Midguard Self Storage and she put me down for a mini mart, causing several phone calls to straighten it out. In addition, I reserved a 20' trucksl weeks ahead. On pick up day I was told there were no 20' trucks available in the entire city of Lakeland FL, with a population of 120,000. I was told I could go out of town to locations 30 miles away and get one. On moving day I didn't have time to drive around looking for a truck. I ended up with a 15' truck, resulting in leaving behind thousands of dollars in possessions, including a riding lawn mower. Very upset with you all! So what's the point of making a reservation?????
