The right rear brake light was out and the right rear blinker didn't work. I was almost rear-ended at least twice. The air conditioner didn't ool. It just blew tepid air. The pads we rented were dirty and had leaves on them. I don't want to cover my stuff with someone else's dirt. Plus, we ordered a one way rental but were put down for a return to same location and charged for a wrong drop off location. First of all, renting me a truck with no right rear brake light or blinker is illegal in Texas. You caused me ti brake traffic laws and put my safety at risk. A poorly functioning air conditioner is miserable. There was also an orange dashboard light on the lower right that was on constantly. I don't know if this is normal or not. The reservation being wrong cost me double. We are appealing those charges.
LAURIE RWent to pick up trailer that I ordered and it was unavailable. I had to scramble and take a cargo instead. Totally messed up my plans. They are too busy at that store to be very helpful. I will only use the uhaul in LA Grange Chevron from now on. The uhaul in LA Grange takes car if business.
Debra WHad trouble with the rental getting approved because the day before pickup they had to change our location. They said they were giving us 30 extra miles. Then the return was out of our why when they had returns near Waller/Cypress and sent us so far away:(. She didn’t know why but finally got us on our way….she didn’t what she could do and was very nice
BONNIE BRented online initially, got to the location and the lady who checked us in changed the drop off location to a hour and half from our destination. We were given the keys without any type of checking over the rental. Wasn’t till 40 miles down the road we got a message for online pickup steps. Why did we need to check in and take picture if we were there in person and spoke to a representative on site??
