The location opened late- we were waiting for them to come for 10 minutes after opening at 0800. There was no windshield wash fluid in the truck on a snowy day. Pick up attendant informed me to drop off the truck in Miramichi as initially requested- when I dropped truck off, it was in fact at another place some 48 kilometres away!! Not impressed!

Was charged a cleaning fee for not mopping the truck, except i tried to mop it and it just freezes to the floor. However the uhual location does it creates a layer of ice in the trucks making them INCREDIBLY SLIPPERY. while loading a fridge my husband slipped and fell and the fridge fell on him. We spend 5 hours in the hospital expecting a broken ankle. Thankfully it was only a sprain.
Savannah HTire on trailer had no tread and I was charged a cleaning fee for a clean return.
