Michelle the GM is amazing. She was helpful, kind and professional. She runs and amazing location and everyone that work for her are the same. She shows great leadership skills and manages the facility very well. The gentleman who I never got his name that runs the storage facility across the street does a fantastic job and was always there when help was needed.

He helped me while I had to fight with that young Lady Michelle Lopez . She went out of her way at every step of the way to make finalizing my business with U-haul as difficult as possible.Look , I worked retail back when the customer was NOT always right . But with her mouth and her lousy attitude , she has no business being in any kind of customer service or retail business. I could go on and on about her attempts to try to bully me and intimidate me when all I wanted to do was get my stuff out of storage after having paid a settlement fee. She was anything but accommodating. I don’t think she likes white people .or something . THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD . And to put somebody that is so poorly trained or even just incapable of managing a U-Haul store makes me question the whole company.. MsLopez represents you all at Uhaul. I will NEVER b de able to do business with U-haule again
