Upon mutual arrangements, we made an verbal agreement to keep unit unlock during closed hours on the day of move-in. Unfortunately, my items were left in the truck on the property overnightdue to not being able to access the unit. I was angry and was not able to contact anyone after hours to access my unit to move in.
