She even managed to move our drop off location to hers for our uhaul trailer we were putting the stuff into storage from our move. She was absolutely wonderful. alan l | First ImpressionsWe emptied out our unit, W57 on October 12, this year. We had just paid our October bill on the date it was due. October 5th this year. Only a week earlier. It was $189+ We have had this unit for over 3 years. That’s a lot of money. We feel we should be pro-rated at least some of it. We had another storage unit someplace else that was willing to pro rate us all of the months bill. After emptying it out a week after the payment. We don’t understand why you don’t and feel you should. We have paid quite a bit of money every month. Hope it can be done Thanks Sandi Ephrussi

Marianne C | Online Move InThe initial storage unit I was given, the door was broken and the lock mechanism was bent. There was supposed to be a lock inside for the unit but there wasn’t any. I called the office and had to wait in the parking lot until they called me back to get a new unit signed. The new unit also did not have a lock that was supposed to be inside so I had to use my own out of convenience. Many of the units opening slides where the lock goes are flimsy and rusted. Anyone could easily break into them. There were no options for climate controlled. Overall junky storage units. Glad it was free.
