Never had any issues in 4 yrs of having my storage other than the really annoying alarm sound that keeps going off for no reason whenever I'm moving stuff in or out of the storage.

J From the moment I arrived, she stood out for her energy and ability to quickly build trust. Moving and storage can be stressful, but she made the experience feel manageable and well-supported. What impressed me most was her willingness to go beyond the basics. She took the time to walk me to different units so I could understand the practical layout—not just what the map suggested. That level of attention made a real difference in my decision-making. I also observed her interactions with other customers over several hours, and the consistency was notable. She treated everyone with the same level of care, clarity, and engagement. Chivanne represents the kind of employee who elevates the entire customer experience. While the rest of the staff was generally fine, she clearly operates at a higher level and sets a strong example. In my view, she has the potential for increased responsibility, whether that’s managing her own location or contributing in a broader leadership or training capacity. She brings a level of ownership to the customer experience that’s not easy to teach. F Storage and moving are rarely enjoyable experiences, but employees like Chivanne make a meaningful difference. I’m putting in writing that her impact should be recognized.
