David X | Overall ExperienceJazmine at the College Point location was phenomenal in her customer service.
Linette K | First ImpressionsJasmin the manager was amazing, she made securing 2 units a breeze and was very professional. She understood my needs to have both close to one another and she made that happen. Very happy!
Hightower R | First ImpressionsThe location is very convenient and the building/facility is well-kept and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful too. However, at times there isn’t enough staff manning the counter to service customers. I suggest UHaul hire a few more people to man the counters.
allen l | Overall ExperienceEverything was excellent; the best service.
Xavier P | First ImpressionsNo because the elevators go down too much they break down to often every time I went to my storage it was crowded and the elevators were broken
