I honestly don’t know how to rate your establishment. There’s been so much misinformation that I wonder with respect to the companies dispositions what’s to be ascertained. Then when engaging staff, one doesn’t realize the forest from the trees. This whole experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Had different posted hours to access storage than what the website, Google, and a representative said. This extended my stay to clean out my storage as I thought I had an extra 3 hours to clean out my unit.
nathan b | Overall ExperienceI was offered the first month free but after 2 weeks of moving in I received mail that a lien was being taking on my unit. I was charged several insurance fees when should have only been one fee. After paying my total balance they added a 70.00 dollar balance to my account.

AMY C | First ImpressionsI can't tell you how wonderful Thomas and Matthew were to me after I had picked up my UHaul truck from the Tryon office and on the way to the Ashley Road location for storage, the truck not only had engine trouble but the brakes failed and I nearly died on the HWY! Thomas and Matthew (at the Ashley Road location for storage) went above and beyond for me. I couldn't have asked to treated any better and with such dignity.

CAROL B | Overall ExperienceI spent a lot of time trying to get my door card to work, just to realize it's not needed because the door never locks. And the sliding door never opens. Zombies are walking around through the property once the office closes, the lot needs security. I observed people sleeping in the trucks. It was so much going on, I left and returned when the sun came back up. Only to be approached by another zombie but he realized a male staff member was outside so he walked away. That could have been a very large lawsuit. I assume it's cheaper to get lot security or even a gate. Staff was pleasant, I can't complain about any of them. Everybody I came contact with was nice. Even the cleaning lady.

CORRIE F | Overall ExperienceThe experience from beginning to finish was great. Only thing I did not like is how far my storage unit was. Moved in a 5 bedroom house so it took some hours. Staff was friendly and kind at the Ashley road location.
