Gas in vehicle, windows, and, seats clean, dolly secured in back. All are small things but all of them adding up and the terrible app and all the pictures 0 customer service. It’s not a money or charge issue it’s your customer experience from the expected is really bad.

Nils TKeys were in wrong lock box. Store was closed even though hours stated open till 2pm on Sunday. Another person also waiting as he could not access rental box. I don’t know his outcome as the company called a contact person’s phone but there was no answer. The Uhaul company person was able to o troubleshoot and help us.
