No issues, but I can see an older person or a female having a heck of a time getting a trailer off the back of a truck ball. That thing is really heavy. Overall, PCA is easy to work with and I will rent from them again. Plus, they have a lot of cool car items in the shop!

Business was closed Truck and Dolly returned after hours
Charles ETruck had some steering and suspension issues driving on the interstate. Steering was a little clunky and suspension had the truck bouncing all over the road

KENNETH BFacility for pickup was nice, and staff were friendly, but the truck itself was in rough shape. The alignment was WAAAAY off, and the brakes shuddered at every press of the pedal. Was a pretty sketchy ride, but I suppose it was adequate, as I was was able to complete my move.
