So was all the young men there they were beyond professional and extremely fast . I didn’t interact either the females as much cause they wasn’t there when I picked up but all were super sweet when I cam to get remaining deposit back.

TEANNA M | First ImpressionsAt this location both bathrooms were out of order. I rushed out and didn’t preview my unit when I returned it was to little. I was given a unit up the street that didn’t have a bathroom. The bathroom closed when the office is closed. I was told my ASM that I could not leave the rental truck to go across the street (8 lanes of traffic) to use the bathroom I would have to drive (more mileage) which I did have to. I asked to be called for future charges because I keep my card locked/frozen. This didn’t happen either. I have called back twice to make my payment and dispute the miles (no bathroom on site) only to be put on hold. I have been told that I have a late charge because of this. This is an unnecessary headache. Also if the location up the street is the sister property please help me understand why I couldn’t leave the truck there after we were done? Also please ask the person on the phone if… they would like to hold. When customers are at work holding for long periods of time is not possible. I still need to pay my bill for the truck rental but this location is busy and no one has time to actually answer the phone.

alan t | Online Move InI've been coming in this particular U-Haul for the past three days because I was going through a long stressful move. On yesterday I still had the van because I was unable to finish offloading during business hours on Sunday so I came in at open on Monday morning. I just needed a small storage space for the remaining items I had left in the van so I asked if I could get a storage unit there. Let me just say that with no distractions and assistance it is hard to know how to get back up to the office from the storage unit. I was assigned to someone else storage plus the young girl sitting at the desk was not like all the other kind helpful associates I've encountered there the past few days. Aashyah W seemed as if she were troubled or something because she was extremely rude! I had witnessed it with her previous customer because she even got to me. If she has that type of attitude then she definitely shouldn't be in customer service. Normally when you're getting a storage unit the CSA comes with the customer to make sure everything is okay. The unit I got was full of debris and should have been cleaned first. She just had an I don't care attitude from start to finish and I really hope she's not like that every day because if so then working around people is where she needs to be.

william s | Overall ExperienceToo expensive for a small room. The monthly payment increases quickly after you sign up. Obviously, it’s just to get you in the door; not a set fee for your duration as implied originally when discussed.
