It was a one-way rental to a smal town in Alberta and after the job was completed the drop off location was 25 kms away in a very small community. It was the long weekend so nobody to take the truck back but the instructions posted at the location were easy to follow and after a phone call to HQ all was done. Definitely use U-Haul again and recommend to others. No personnel at the drop off location due to long weekend so all drop off procedures were done by phone.
