    James and Darius did a good job supporting me to unload 3x U-Haul, U-boxes. They were very courteous and always asking where things went. They tried their best not to ding walls, etc. Recommend they bring a dolly and carrying straps for heavy furniture next time. On the day of the unloading, James did a good job keeping me informed of their arrival status via text messages. Unfortunately, the communication prior to this date when I just wanted to do a quick coordination & confirmation call, was less than ideal. This area can definitely be improved for better customer satisfaction. Overall, on the day-of things went as planned.
