We initially rented in Alex and they messed up our reservations. The one 800 number for the Fargo region was very helpful and gave us a discount and moved us to Fergus. It was 30 minutes out of our way, but we were grateful to have a trailer.

JOHN NJust a suggestion: I found the wire springs for the safety cables, was very stiff and a bit to long to clean my holes in my hitch. If it was a little shorter it would be easier to unhook. DuWayne Cookman, rented a tandem inclosed trailer which did a great job, worked great, great U-Haul in Fergus Falls, MN
