I booked a 6 by 12 trailer to be picked up in Moorhead at 8am on 6/30/25. The trailer was delayed until 1:30pm, and then additionally until the next day. Because of these delays, we had to took a preliminary load to St. Cloud without a trailer, returned to Moorhead at 4pm, and had to turn back around to Fergus Falls, in order to load up the trailer in Moorhead to take to St. Cloud. All staff was kind, but nobody was helpful in trying to improve the service and experience that I had booked and was expecting. The $100 discount does not reflect the extreme inconvenience that was caused by the trailer delays and location change. I am unlikely to book with U-Haul again or recommend your services to others.
