MICHAEL ZAsked for a 15' foot truck and was given a 26' foot truck for a long distance move to Arizona "for the same price". I suspect U-Haul uses this as a selling feature because you are essentially moving their stock for them around the country - keeping in mind that you are paying more for gas with a big truck. Anyway, the truck was too much as I didn't need the extra space and as a result several of my items were damaged in transit as they weren't packed as tightly and securely as would have been in a smaller in truck leading to less shifting of the load. The suspension on the truck was also horrible.
